What is your favorite workout away from the gym??
Any core work they suck but it works. I know I sound crazy for saying it hahaa
@Bam_Banner Jk, I do #LungeU, basically lunges for 10-15 mins/400M no rest, I've gotten up to about 14 minutes but it's grueling.
Find yourself a good tree and do 100 pull-ups. Next 100 push-ups. Next 100 hanging leg raises. Finally, walking lunges for 10-15 minutes.
As much as I hate doing them, burpees.
