Arm Day/Back day finisher



  • Bent Over Row Gauntlet

    • Start with 160lbs (adjust to make it challenging, yet do-able) using a bar with only 10 lb plates

    • Do 10 reps and than take a plate off each side. (UNDERHAND GRIP)

    • Repeat until the bar is stripped

    • Once the bar is stripped, start doing reps of 10 again, adding a 10 lb plate every time (OVERHAND GRIP)

    • HAVE FUN!
