Grip...Chalk or Wraps?
Which do you prefer for lifting...wrist wraps or chalk?
I use chalk but never used straps. Chalk seems to work well but I am curious if there is any benefits of wrist wraps.
Personally, I like to use chalk. Honestly, my eyes to lifting were opened when I noticed the immediate effects of using chalk for my lifts. I personally would only use straps when doing max effort lifts for a competition.

I used to wear wrist straps but my grip strength was horrid. So i switched to chalk and it is far better than straps in my opinion.
