Mud Run..What to eat before?
I am doing a 5/6 mile mud race/obstacle course what is the best thing to eat before? I usually train fasted BUT I know I must eat something before this race. Food for thought? :D
Any other tips on surviving this thing? lol

Rice, Trail mix, Granola, Banana's, Honey, Rice Cakes. Whole food will always reign supreme.

This way you get your BCAA's and carbs to help sustain your glucose and energy during a very strenuous event.
