Decided to go a month without all supplements other than protein. Let me just say, its awful!
you should still be taking a fishoil #fish-oil Fish Oil Softgels Platinum 100% Fish Oil and aim for 2-3g EPA/DHA because most people do not get enough omega 3's.
and for how cheap creatine is, it should be used 3-5g on workout days. Universal Creatine TruCreatine are cheap and effective. A multi I would always suggest because nobody eats a diverse enough diet.
