Plateau to thermo ?
I have been plateauing at 190 for about two months. I have been thinking about using thermos. But I wanted to get some opinions on the best results and other options that everyone has done to get be best results.
The thermo will make a very minimal impact. the biggest factors here are
What have you changed with those 3 in the last few weeks?
have you dropped calories?
have you increased cardio?
How much volume are you training with?
These will make the biggest changes to your weightloss and fatloss, not adding a supplement that has the least amonut of change in your progress.
My guess could be a small kcal drop, adding in a few intervals, or training with a bit more intensity could get you over the hump.
