What is everyone's favorite healthy snack?
And, or cheat snack ?
I dont snack because its only going to make me hungrier. I would rather eat larger meals than snack. Smaller meals just boost insulin levels and blood sugars and can cause more hunger than larger meals. Its also better beneficial for MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis) to have larger meals spread out 4-6 hours apart.
if your in a bind a protein bar would not be a bad investment Oh Yeah! ONE Bar or Quest Bars are great products to consider.
When it comes to cheating.. All about that Donut and Cupcake lifestyle!

my top 3 from Oh yeah. Great bars.. hard to really top them for the calories. The quest bars sometimes do not settle too well. I was not a fan of Combat Crunch Protein Bars or #mission1-bars . MT was way too soft, and the combat crunch just have an add after taste to them.

I haven't tried the mission one but, i do like the combat crunch my favorite of them is the cinnamon twist and birthday cake.

Grenade Carb Killa Bars are highly overlooked. One of the best I have ever had. Chocolate cream tastes like a milky way.
@TheSolution the carb killa is next on my list to try . and i have not tried the almond bliss but i will be on my next order!
and the way you describe the mission 1, sounds like the b up bars. i tried the b up sugar cookie and it was like daffy taffy as well.
and for quest i think i wore myself out of quest eating them to much.

I've just learned the godliness of Lenny & Larry's. Usually if I'm feeling bad, ill dip the chocolate chip cookie into my morning coffee at work.
If I'm just going for plain healthy though, usually some hummus or grilled chicken ill go for. Whatever can get into my stomach fast haha.
I probably never will either.
BPI is a shady company. Chromadex is bull crap. They are not 3rd party verified or tested. And their represenatives are shills. I am not a fan of the company or their products. So no I never had them nor will i try them. Just not a fan of the company in general. Low grade products that do not meet label claims, and their customer service is horrendous.
Pizza is my all-time favorite snack. Just kidding, I usually stick with protein bars such as Oh Yeah! ONE Bar Quest Bars Combat Crunch Bars since they are super convenient and will help me curb my appetite without feeling guilty.
My next option is a mass gainer shake, but I'll cut the serving size in half or more. I'll stick with lean gainers such as Real Gains Pro Complex Gainer R1 Gain

Cheat - Ice Cream 😍 Nutty Coconut @ Baskin Robbins - life changing
