Do you use amino acids, like BCAAs? Which ones?

I love Xtend Perform because it has BCAAs + Glutamine + PEAKNO2 for improved performance.
Most people do not need BCAA's because they meet proper protein intake in the 24 hour period.
That said it is benefical between meals 4-6 hours apart or for those who train fasted upon waking. If you are meeting protein intake you could do without them.
I do take Xtend Perform and Xtend for fasted training and for MPS benefits between meals.
