3 ingredients= high protein waffles!



  • Hey guys! So i recently bought a waffle maker for the purpose of making protein waffles. I have the easiest and quickest very macro friendly recipe!
    1 scoop protein powder
    1 egg or if you don't want the added fat you can use 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/4 cup of liquid of your choosing almond milk, water, coconut milk etc

    That's it! and you get a high protein and low carb waffle or two!
    You can top it with berries, Greek yogurt, Walden farms syrups, almonds, nut-butters, etc
    They also freeze well so you can make a few and save some for during the week. :)
