RECIPE: Gummies

    Hello all!

    So today I am going to show you guys the wonders of eating your pre, rather than drinking it. Crazy, I know! Thanks to @TheSolution , I was able to use his recipe to produce some gummy versions of my favorite pump igniter, High Volume by PEScience. The Recipe is as follows, and can be found also on Cellucor C4 Gummies feat. our very own @TheSolution ;


    1 Scoop C4 of Choice (50x, Mass, Ripped, G4, G3)
    ½ Cup Water
    3 Knox Gelatin Packets


    Put Water, Preworkout Supplement of choice (1 Scoop) and Gelatin Packets in a small saucepan, and put on a low/medium heat for around 5 minutes until Gelatin dissolves and product starts to thicken.

    Place on a heating pad for a few minutes until final product starts to gel, and then place in molds.

    Freeze for 15-20 minutes and pop out final product or place in fridge for 2-3 hours and pop out final products.

    • Calories ~ 12
    • Protein ~ 3g
    • Carbs ~ 0g
    • Fat ~ 0g

    It's a macro friendly alternative to your everyday pre intake. Hope you all enjoy as much as I do!
