@adamcprepmu Total Body Mass. It would probably be more accurate just to measure your current intake for 3-5 days and make adjustments from there.
Mediocre bodybuilder, decent powerlifter, flexible dieter with the lifetime goal of filling scrub sleeves.
Don't use a calculator they are too generic. It is like a lottery trying to find a magical formula. You have to just go black and white and pick a caloric intake and break down the macros that suit you best.
