@CampusProtein C4 is the perfect bridge in my opinion between Campus Protein's FUEL and ProSupps Mr.Hyde. It gives a higher beta-alanine response than FUEL, but not as strong as Hyde. Hyde also is more prone to causing someone to feel more of a crash afterwards versus C4 does not for the consistent lifter. C4's wide variety of flavors and formulas (Ripped. Mass, 50X) allows your body to not build up a tolerance while also adhering to your specific plan.
Rule 1 Whey Blend is a major key in my supplement stack! My go to is R1 Whey Blend Cookies N' Cream flavor. I usually like to mix it with low-fat milk or almond milk for post workout gains. Flavor is on point (especially with milk, literally tastes like a milkshake) and the quality of protein and servings you get for the price is awesome!
@Hunter-Knight I love it. I've probably only lost a couple of pounds since starting my first cycle of it around 5-6 weeks ago (on my second container), but anecdotally, I feel/look great. I feel like I have more energy/focus, and i honestly think i have a more dry/vascular physique than I did prior to taking it.
I always take Aminos. I'm currently addicted to ManSports Aminos. I use them mainly during fasted cardio, well before cardio. With dieting, I believe taking Aminos is so crucial. Plus, with ManSports Aminos, the flavors are amazing and help so much with curbing cravings. They aren't too sweet either, which in my opinion is nice.
I'm a design engineering major. Which is kinda like a mechanical engineer, a machinist, a supervisor, and a maintenance man had a crazy night and my major is what popped out. A lot of engineers at my school hit the weight room, then again we're mainly an engineering school haha
these are some of their best flavors
Munchies, Nonna D's oatmeal lace, raw deal, Sweet as Honey, Ooey Gooey Butter cake, Snap Mallow Pop are all great.
Cookies & Cream, Buckeye, Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Cheese Crown are all must try's.
Cookie Dough Chocolate Chip, Mocha Chocolate Chip, and Peanut butter Chocolate Chip are all great ( i love coffee)
My gym buddies and I like to finish off chest day with cable flyes, but it's a very high intensity finisher. We start with a solid weight on each side, cables at the highest setting and do ten reps. We then bring the cables down ones notch and do ten more, all the way down the range of the cables. The way our cable machine is set up we end up doing two hundred reps, and you hit your chest from all angles because you start with downward flyes and end with upward flyes. We usually have to drop the weight down at least one setting, so we sometimes go bottom to top to avoid imbalances.
Absolutely!-- I think there are a ton of varying opinions that exist with Intermittent Fasting. With many components in nutrition, individual results will vary. I really like fasting and getting in some cardio in the morning. The biggest thing I like about it is, I 'feel' light. After I have eaten, personally, I get sluggish during cardio. So it's a natural combination for me. I slam some BCAA's, a lot of water, and usually a cup of coffee in the morning and I have no problem getting through the day until I break my fast. I'm also the kind of person who does not like to eat a ton of meals throughout the day, and would rather have that window of time for eating. Also I have found that i tend to just eat less overall while fasting, without even thinking about it. That's a huge plus for me as I cut, because it cuts down on my temptation to binge. I get what I need, when I need it. That's a really long ramble to basically say-- Yes, I think intermittent fasting while taking a BCAA can yield success. It has for me physically, and even mentally. I would recommend giving it a try and see what if it works for you!
I have found this workout works for me very well. you will be doing four different exercises at High intensity with jump squats, high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks. start by doing 60 seconds of each exercise, having a 30 second break and then lowering your time. it should look like 60x4,50x4,40x4,30x4,20x4,10x4. I'm glad I can help. Hit me up on Instagram or twitter with kraminator1
@Mike-Yewdell I find the two most recent flavors, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip & Blueberry Muffin, to be really enjoyable. I'm a fan of the texture profile created by the chunks which make them far better than some previous chewy formulas. I have yet to try them warm as several others have suggested so really looking forward to that!
I am a personal intern with Cory on his website and at Old School Gym and I am doing Anabolic Fasting.. For me the diet has been working very well, I have lost about 15 or more pounds of straight fat and put on muscle because I have became much leaner all while gaining strength and increasing my lifts.
Now this can be done with any diet in the world, but being close and understanding it makes it easy for me to do and it has worked for me very well, all diets react to different bodies and it might not work for everyone, for me it works and that is why I am sticking with it.
